Dr. Aiman Hamdan is an experienced medical doctor and specialist in cardiology, treating diseases such as coronary artery disease, congenital heart defects, heart failure, and others. Besides working for his patients’ well-being, Dr. Aiman Hamdan is also engaged with his profession as a member of several associations and is a former president of the National Arab American Medical Association (NAAMA) - New Jersey.
NAAMA was created to connect all Arab American healthcare professionals, and promote their professional development through service, educational, and philanthropic activities while addressing their professional and cultural needs. The New Jersey chapter of NAAMA provides several services to its members, including health training scholarship opportunities, branding services, continuing medical education, and access to the NAAMA-NJ Pre-Ambassador Program application, among others.
The Pre-Ambassador Program is for undergraduate students interested in taking part in several of NAAMA’s educational and medical symposiums, in following several doctors throughout the year, and in getting access to a broad network of physicians across New Jersey. To apply, students must send an application through email, along with their latest transcript and an updated resume, including a photo. The minimum GPA required to participate is 3.0.
